della Q Contest Ends Sunday

Share Button

Hi Everyone

Just a quick reminder that our contest to win a della Q needle case “The Que”  (Lily) will end this Sunday, March 21st.  Della & I will randomly select a winner on Monday and announce it on both our blogs!

The contest is super easy to enter.   Simply leave a  comment here on this blog, on this post or on the original contest announcement post.  I want you to tell me your thoughts on della Q products and why you want to win this case.  You need to comment on the della Q blog as well and let Della know what types of products you’d like to see in the future.  A winner who has commmented on both blogs will be selected at random and will receive The Que in their choice of color!

Della & I can’t wait to announce the winner and we’ve both enjoyed reading all of the comments we’ve received so far!

Enjoy!

Kathy

I really like the Della Q cases–I have the one for my Addi Clicks and it’s great. Would love to have the circular case as well–thanks for the opportunity to win one!

I hadn’t really explored the della Q kits before this but now I want several of them for my different lengths of circular needles. I’ve been looking for a way that made sense to store them and nothing else looked remotely convenient.

    Ahhh…blogspot not blogpost….

I’d love a Della Q circular case. Her products are all so pretty, and much classier than my current organizational system of having all needles shoved in one gallon Ziploc bag.

    What a great case!!

Now that I’ve had my circs for a few years, the size info has worn off of the cables, so I have a hard time finding what I need. I think the DellaQ bag would motivate me to keep the needles more organized. I love the idea of a combined circ and interchangeable holder.

It would certainly get me off the hook for making one. I’ve been putting off sewing something for my needles for months in favor of knitting just one more thing. Right now they’re being kept in a mosh pile in a zippered bag so for me it would mean being organized for once.

When beautiful things become part of our everyday life maybe a beautiful life becomes an everyday thing! For the most part, knitting is not something people do out of need anymore. We enjoy the feel of fine yarns, the comfort of ritual, the joy in creating new things for our friends and family and for ourselves. So I find myself musing on the lovely stripes and colors of the Della Q bags, the many compartments, all folded up and tied with a bow. How lovely and clever they are! Ziploc baggies and canvas bags can certainly do the job, but I’m aiming for that slice of beauty whenever possible!
