della Q Contest – The June Addition
Hi Everyone
Sorry for missing the May portion of our contest. I’m back on track and excited for this month’s della Q giveaway!
Della selected her Lily Double Point Roll as this month’s giveaway.
The Lily Double Point Roll is the perfect storage case for your dpns. The case is labelled with both US and metric sizing and can hold up to 8″ dpns in sizes 0 to 10.5 (US) or 2 to 6.5 metric. It is compact and just so pretty.
This case normally retails for $38.00. Steve & I just ordered these from Della at the TNNA Show and are excited to be carrying them. They will be in shortly!
Please leave a comment here on my blog and on Della’s. I’d love to know what project you are currently working (doesn’t have to be on dpns) and I bet Della would love to hear your favorite way to currently store your dpns!
The contest will run starting today through next Thursday 6/30.
Enjoy!
Kathy
P.S. An astute reader noted that I never announced our April winner – it was Jen from Quincy, MA! Congratulations! (She received her prize much more time than this announcement was made.)

I’m currently working on a Tiny Tea Leaves cardigan. I’ve just finished the body on circs, and now need to break out the DPNs to work the sleeves. I love it!

Very nice! For now I’ve been storing all my DPNs in a semi-hard pencil case. Not the best when you’re looking for the correct size needle! I’m currently working on a pair of Skew socks and a fair isle children’s sweater of my own design.

I’m about to start the mate to my very first sock 🙂 I could definitely use some help organizing my growing collection of dpn’s!

I just discovered WEBS and your blog… I’m actually just teaching myself to knit this summer. My first project is a cabled scarf and a cabled hat to match! And although I don’t have any dpns yet, I’m sure I’ll begin a collection quite soon here… Thanks for the cool storage idea!

The Della Q dpn case would be great I am knitting many different children’s toys and it would be nice to not have to check the needle size each time.
Thank You,
