della Q Contest – The October Edition

Share Button

Hi Everyone

I am always excited for our della Q giveaways, but this month is even more special.  Della herself will be visiting us at WEBS next week ahead of Stitches East!  She’ll be with us on Wednesday morning for a special staff training and then on Wednesday afternoon (10/27) from 4pm-7pm she’ll be hosting a Trunk Show at the store!  This is a great chance to meet Della, who (IMHO) is one of the most fantastic people in our industry, and get a great insight into her products.  She creates exceptional storage solutions for needles and hooks of all types.

If you aren’t local to WEBS don’t fret!  Of course you have this contest to enter but Della will also be our in-studio guest for next week’s podcast!  I am so excited for her visit – Della is just one of those people you WANT to be around – her vibe and energy are just contagious.

So, back to this month’s giveaway.  It’s the Dual Interchangeable and Circular needle case.  It’s a big name but this case is a workhorse for those of us who are either (a) very serious knitters OR (b) very serious needle owners.  Note that (A) and (B) are not necessarily related – I am the perfect example :)

Oct Della

Fifteen dual numbered (US and Metric) pockets hold your tips, six pockets for your cords, a zip pocket for your connectors and six open pockets or small circular needles and extra large tips. Carry a full set of interchangeable and circulars from US 000 to 19.  That is seriously a lot of needles!  Whether for home storage or the “I’m going to the beach for a week or two and I’m not sure what I”m going to knit” this is THE case for you.

Available in 7 lovely fabric colors, the DI+CNC is a heckuva case.  Retail is $40.00.

So, here are the contest rules.  You need to comment here on my blog and over at Della’s blog.  Comments must be left by midnight on Tuesday, 10/27.  This will allow Della & I to randomly pick a winner when we’re together next week!  Fun!

Please let us know in the comments your preference – circs or interchangeables – why and what brand/type you love.  Me?  I’m partial (of course) to our own Bamboo Interchangeable Needles and for circs I love Addi Turbos and Colonial Rosewoods.

  1. Adrienne Says:

I love interchangeables. The flexibility! I have some Susan Boyle interchangeables that my great-grandmother gave me. She wasn’t so keen on them. Since I started using them, I’ve had the Addi interchangeables on my wishlist, but they’re behind the yarn since my current set is working out ok so far. For circs, I’m partial to Addi Turbos

  2. Megan Says:

I also love interchangeable needles. I use my Addi Click’s everyday!

  3. iaudrey Says:

Interchangeable! I have plastic Denise interchangeable needles which I love because they are convenient, but more and more I’ve been considering buying a metallic set…possibly Webs or Knit Picks. I love Addi turbo lace circs because knitting just seems to fly on them.

  4. iaudrey Says:

    whoops, double post

  5. ALH Says:

I love them all. Depends on what I’m knitting, but in general I’m partial to the wooden kinds. I have a set of knitpicks packed away somewhere in storage, but I’ve been eyeing the addi’s for a while.

  6. SallyT Says:

I was just thinking that my collection of circs is getting out of control. This is good timing.

  7. Mhw1104 Says:

I fit both categories – a very serious knitter and a very serious needle owner!

  8. Pragueloop Says:

nice contest. i like my addi circs. have not tried intechangeables yet, they are probablynvery practical. i have soem no name circs also, but like addis more.

  9. aqf Says:

I love my Knitpicks Options, which I bought to replace a Denise set that I hated using. At that time, that was really the only alternative (no WEBS, no Addis, no HiyaHiya).

  10. Daligal Says:

I love Della Q and interchangeable circs. Addi is my current favorite

  11. Mary Beth Says:

Fantastic contest!!! I would love the Bamboo Interchangeables!! Good luck to everyone and thanks for a great contest!!

  12. Nicole Says:

I love my addi-click turbo’s or my addi-turbo’s period. I don’t have a carrying case, yet for all my needles! So this would be perfect!!!

  13. Jda127 Says:

I really enjoy working with my KnitPicks interchangeable needles, which I bought before Webs or Addi came out with their set. For non-interchangeable circs and straight needles, I prefer bamboo. I have a gazillion needles, though, and DellaQs interchangeable case is going on my Christmas list if I don’t win the contest!

  14. shannon Says:

awesome contest! the della q products are truly beautiful and functional.

  15. Katsoprano Says:

I love Rosewood – period. I cannot use the less expensive aluminum needles because I am allergic, and the bamboo ones all split or develop rough edges for me eventually. The rosewood needles are perfect. I even try to find crochet hooks when I can!

  16. Rhonda Horton Says:

I’m an interchangeable girl! I love my KnitPick’s Harmony set and I also love the Addi Clicks!

  17. Kimberly_cordero Says:

I adore my knitpicks bamboo interchangeables although I’m consideraing trying out the Addi Turbo interchangeables since I have quite a few fixed Addi circulars and love them. :)))

  18. Tina Says:

This is gorgeous! Hope I win!

  19. Daligal Says:

I know my Mom bought me a new Della Q bag for Christmas. I can’t wait!

  20. Epmason Says:

Neato! I want one! Totally an interchangeable guy…

  21. Castiron Says:

I like both fixed circs and interchangeables; the interchangeables give me a wide array of needle choices for less money, but the fixed circulars don’t come unscrewed! In interchangeables I have my old Boyes, KnitPicks, and HiyaHiyas; for fixed, I have KnitPicks, Addis, Boye, and a couple whose brand I don’t remember as the label’s long lost. At this point, if I can’t find a needle for a project, it means I have too many projects on the needles already!

  22. Maureen Says:

    I have not tried interchangables.
When it comes to circular I prefer Crystal Palace.

  23. Dlloft Says:

I’m such a fan of Della’s cases. I got to meet her at Stitches South and she is charming!

  24. cristina Says:

I like to use this kind of needles!

  25. Pat Says:

Love interchangable sets. Would love to have the Della Q holder for mine.

  26. Karen Says:

I have Denise’s, but they all seem to be on projects in storage, since I can’t find any of them! I have a million sets of fixed circs because I can’t stop buying them.

  27. Sheryl Says:

I love Addi Turbo Lace circulars and am still eagerly awaiting the Addi Lace Click sets!

  28. Eweknityarns Says:

I love circs, and prefer bamboo HiyaHiya for lacework because I’m clumsy and tend to drop stitches in intricate work without the (comparitively) stickiness of bamboo. For everything else, I likeSkacel turbos for their slick speed.

  29. Ewe Knit Yarns Says:

I like circs: HiyaHiya bamboos for lace-work, as I am clumsy and tend to need the (comparative) stickiness of the bamboo for intricate work. For other work, i love the slick speed of Skacel Turbo needles.

  30. ConnieLene Says:

della Q Knitting + Sewing Essentials and WEBS are offering a prize worth winning. I use whichever needles are available to me when I need them. Most of mine seem to beAddi Turbo circulars and I have bamboo and wooden circulars as well. My life would be muchmuch improved to have a full set of circulars as well as a case to manage them in. That would be perfection

  31. Lisa R. Says:

I would absolutely LOVE an interchangables case by DellaQ!

  32. Mo barger Says:

I would love to have a Della Q case! I used to use Denise needles and kept breaking the cables. Now I have a KnitPicks set and they come unscrewed at the worst times. Some day I will break down and spend the big money on some high quality needles. Have a great time at Stitches!

  33. Dobarnold Says:

    Wow. Nice! pick me!

  34. Christicrochets Says:

I have Knit Picks Options, and would LOVE to have a nice fashionable case to store them in!! Pick me! Pick me!!

  35. Kharma Says:

I have to say, I love my set of Webs bamboo interchangables! As for circs? I’m going to have to go with the Lantern Moon Rosewood circs… there is nothing warmer in a cold-blooded northern knitter’s hands than rosewood needles!

  36. Vicki-ovca 11/05 Says:

Love Circulars the most!… but must admit I haven’t tried interchangeables

  37. Knitbaby Says:

For interchangeable needles I use knitpicks – it was the best option I could find at the time. Since then, so many more choices have come on the market! I do find storage to be an issue…I haven’t been able to find the right solution to keep them all together. I would love to try Della’s :-)

  38. Clairemdc Says:

Ooooh, random drawing, here I come! I am of the interchangeable persuasion and favor Addi turbos, although my Addi Lace interchangeables are – FINALLY, after all this time – coming my way. I suspect that with their new nickel-plated finish, they may end up being more than just lace needles… Enjoy Stitches; wish I could be there!!

  39. Rhiannon110 Says:

Love circulars – looking forward to the Addi bamboo Click set as I’m not a big fan of the metal needles

  40. Rhiannon110 Says:

Love circulars – looking forward to the Addi bamboo Click set as I’m not a big fan of the metal needles

  41. Heather N Says:

I have always admired the Della Q cases. I would have to say my favorite set would be the Addi Click Interchangeable/Turbo set, whatever name it is called. I haven’t had any Addi needles before, but apparently they are fabulous! Although graduating for college, finding work, to pay for these fabulous needles has been out of my reach. One day though. ;)

  42. Stefanie Ng Says:

How exciting! Another contest/giveaway. Mahalo for being so generous. I love circulars!

  43. Barbaramccay Says:

Wow! to actually own some addi turbos circs! That would be heavan!

  44. Pinnut3200 Says:

I didn’t realize such a case existed. I love my Knit Picks interchangeables.

  45. Jennlucas1 Says:

What a great case – I would love one! I LOVE the WEBS Bamboo interchangeable needles best!

  46. Tara Teich Says:

I’m using Denise’s but looking for something new!

  47. tabitha Says:

Totally cool case. In circulars I have a mixed bag but I am currently partial to Lana Grossa. Interchangeable is Knit Picks for me.

  48. jen Says:

I love her bags! They are not only beautiful, but functional! I’ve seen others use these bags and I would love to have one also!

  49. Sally Howard Says:

What a lovely case, and very useful too. It would be great to organize some of my needles.

  50. Andrea Says:

I would like one Web’s Yarn Store.
I can’t take it any more.
The tangled mess in which I reach.
    Almost causes me to weep.
    My current storage: Zip-loc bags.
Cause this knitter to go mad.
    I have them all.
    Sizes and lengths.
    Colonial Rosewoods take the cake.
I don’t care, which you choose.
Please just send me happy news!
I’ll be ecstatic as I knit so make me smile,
I’ll think of your give away,
    All the while.

  51. mellenknits Says:

WOW – What a great case! I currently keep my circs, dpns, interchangeable parts, and crochet hooks all in separate cases – but it would be nice to have most of my needles in one place…

  52. asp Says:

For circulars, I love Addi Turbos. My interchangeable needles are the metal ones from Knit Picks. I find I use either of these options much more frequently than straight needles.

  53. Ginny-b Says:

I love interchangable needles. I’m quite new to knitting (only 6 months) and bought the knitpicks interchangable as my starting set. I definately prefer interchangables as they are so versatile but I also have a few fixed circulars with nowhere to store them!

  54. Terrye Says:

I like circulars, because of arthritis in my fingers, wrists and elbows they are much more comfortable than straights.
Thanks for this opportunity. I’ll post it on my blog too!

  55. Llamaleader Says:

I do not have any interchangeable needles, but I love my addi turbos that I am currently knitting with.

  56. Laurie1176 Says:

I could sure use one of these lovely needle cases! Thanks for giving me the opportunity to participate!

  57. Joyceetta Says:

Me, I’m a Circ. girl…..most of the interchangeable sets I see don’t go down far enough in needle size for me. So, I prefer circs and my favorites are Addis!

  58. Erin Watson Says:

I’m so new, I have one pair of circulars (cheap bamboo ones from a big box store) and a few pairs of straight needles. I’ve been itching to try out interchangeables, but just haven’t made the leap.

  59. KATHY Says:

I love my circulars, and don’t even own straights anymore. My interchangeables were the best purchase I ever made. My favorite fixed circs are my Addi’s, and I’m saving up for their lace interchangeable set. Thanks for holding this contest!

  60. Erica Says:

I like the versatiIity of my Knitpicks Harmony interchangeables. For circulars, I have some Addis, too. That is a gorgeous case.

  61. Michelle B Says:

I am an interchangeable gal all the way…I will say my faves are the KnitPicks interchangeables but I am always looking for a abetter way to store them. If I”m using reg. circs, they are most likely Addi Turbos.

  62. Gloria Says:

I’m a huge fan of my interchangeable Knit Picks Harmony’s. Don’t know what I did before I got them….I look at my Boye interchangeables and shudder ;).

  63. Monicawalk Says:

I’ve only dreamt of owning interchangeable needles (bamboo sounds divine)…and I seriously need some needle organizational help!

  64. Amanda Says:

I would love to have a set of interchangeable needles. No more looking around to figure out if you have the right needle sizes and length to do a project… you have them all! And of course having them all in a neat storage bag, perfect!!!!

  65. Janelcapone Says:

I loooove interchangeable circs! I am a total circ girl. can’t remember the last time I used straight needles. I have been using bamboos for some time. I’ve always been curious as to what the buzz is about with Addi’s though!

  66. Rachelle Says:

I have a fondness for Knit-Pro interchangeables, though I do like Addi Lace needles; the other interchangeable options get expensive by the time you ship them to New Zealand.

  67. Mary Fran Says:

I already have three sets of interchangeables… yet I’m so tempted by your Bamboo ones!

  68. Maria Says:

I’m a relatively new knitter and I love interchangeables. My current favorites are Harmonies. I love the look of this case – currently my tips are languishing in their original packets because I don’t ahve a home for them yet!

  69. Katerimc Says:

ooooh this is what I need!

  70. Eunice Says:

I have Knit Picks, Addi turbo , and Denise sets. Would love a better way of organizing them.

  71. Nicole Says:

It’s so pretty! I love my circs AND my interchangeables. I love to knit in circles! I use the regular circs for socks, and the bigger needles for everything from hats to sweaters. Right now I have a set of Knit Picks, but I’ve been ogling those Addis. I’ve heard good things about them.

  72. Dawn Says:

  73. Patti Says:

    Just lovely.

  74. WinnieSipprell Says:

Somehow I lost my comment so don’t know if it will show up. What I was saying was I have been knitting a long time and have every metal needle one would ever need. If I get lucky and win some interchangeballes I can donate mine.

  75. Tmgentry Says:

Love circs and esp. Addi lace tips but these look VERY interesting Terry

  76. Priscilla Says:

I love circular needles. I have several different brands. I have some knitpick harmony interchangables that I bought to use with lace. They have a nice sharp tip. This case looks great. Everything in one place.

  77. Madeleine Says:

I have never tried the interchangeables. I love knitting with bamboo and harmony wood needles, but want to try some of the other options. Colonial rosewoods look great.

  78. JillsKnit Says:

I love interchangable cause they save on storage space and money. My favorite right now is my knitpicks. I haven’t had too may others to try but my least favrorite is my old Boye NeedleMaster. The cable is stiffer than you could believe and doesn”t always hang off the needle in a confortable way. I’m very glad the new needles have soft cables!

  79. Mollysmum Says:

My preference is interchangeables, and I own a set of Addi Clicks, which I love. These needles look beautiful. Im keeping my fingers crossed :-)

  80. Tee Flemming Says:

Oh, I’d love to win this…..with addi turbo circs! Pick me!

  81. Mamanett Says:

Which needles do I prefer using. Interesting question since that is what I have been seriously contemplating this week. I have Denise and Knit Picks interchangeable sets. Denise are great but the cords are difficult in that they constantly curl! Knit Picks are great because they have sharper points and can be used with lace yarn but the coils also curl and yarn gets caught in the connection. I just purchased Addi’s Interchangeable Turbos and LOVE them. They are smooth and the yarn just glides on them and the cords are perfect. These are soooo great, I just ordered the Addi Lace Interchangeable set which I hope to get after the holidays. Lotsa money spent but I’m worth it since I’ve been knitting for hundreds of years.

  82. Jeanne in Nevada City Says:

I have an old set of Boye needlemaster that never let me down – I’d love to give them a spiffy new case! I fill in with knitpicks and addi circs and dps

  83. Annalea Says:

Wow. What an awesome needle case!

As for needles . . . I’m a funny one. First, I honestly love my Knit Picks Nickel Options. I bought them when I first started knitting a few years ago, and really love them for working with good, plain wool. For alpaca & really slippery stuff I’ve really liked the KP Harmonies or Zephyrs, or simple Clover circulars (but no bigger than 16″, as those cables are a BEAR). I’ve had my eye on a set of your bamboo interchangeables, but need to save my pennies for a while yet.

For circulars, I mostly have Knit Picks nickel-plated fixed circulars, with a few clover bamboo, a lonely Plymouth Speedway (good for bulky yarns), and one of the last Inox nickel circs with the black cable (oh, how I love those). Someday I hope to try something more posh, like rosewood or ebony, but for now, I have to choose between pricey needles or pricey yarn . . . and the yarn wins out. :o)

And as for preference: If I had to choose, I’d choose interchangeables. (And they’d be your bamboo ones, as yours go down smaller in size than the ones I have.) But I don’t know how I’d live without my fixed circs, as I use them for such different things!

  84. turtle Says:

sweet! did all the requirements! smiles… i use the harmony knitpicks and love them! would be fun to have amore unique storage system like this though. purty!

  85. Meg Says:

Hi Kathy! Thank you for running this contest. I find myself using interchangeables almost exclusively nowadays (except for socks), because they are so versatile. So far I have only used Knit Picks, but I’d certainly try others!

  86. Rxknitter Says:

I have denise, boye, and knit picks harmony interchangeables. I love them all but use the knit picks much more by far. Would love a better case for the denise since nothing seems to fit back in that case plus I have some extra cables that I just have to keep separate.

  87. Franzk Says:

I may be missing out on other needles but really prefer the feel of Bamboo. The case looks like a beauitful way to get organized.

  88. RD Says:

I’ve never used interchangeables because they just seemed so expensive to get a decent set of them, and I have built my needles size by size as I needed them for projects. I’d love to have some interchangeables and the case, of course. I’m not picky about brands.

  89. Amanda A. Says:

I would love to try our interchangeables. I just started knitting about 6 months ago and my local knitting store does not sell them I think it would be a fantastic way to save money and always have the right size on hand! I love the addi turbos I have one pair of circs, I would love to get more but they are soo expensive :(

  90. OPKnitter Says:

Love the della Q holders & this one is particularly handsome

  91. Lacemoth Says:

Wow! I seriously want one! I don’t yet have a preference to circular or interchangeable, but I do like lovely smooth woods!

  92. April Says:

I love my interchangeables. I have the Boyes set my mom gave me when I first learned to knit. The convenience of having all the needles sizes at my fingertips is wonderful.

  93. Suziecude Says:

I have been knitting for two years. I started when I inherited my Mom’s needles. I got turned onto circs when I joined a knitting group. I now have sever circs in my knitting box and need an organizer to keep them safe and in working order. Thanks for the try to get this organizer it looks wonderful.

  95. Chibi Rae Says:

I have never tried interchangeable needles, but i loooove circulars and i think my two favorites for any needles are the Takumi Bamboo needles and Colonial Rosewoods. teee heeee.

  96. Elisha Says:

What a great case! I would prefer interchangeables, though I haven’t had too much experience with them. And I’m very partial to Addis, specifically their bamboo needles. Thanks for the giveaway!

  97. Takearest Says:

Hello, My fav –Addi Turbo circs! Thanks for the great giveaways!

  98. Tara D Says:

BEE-utiful. I am new to circs and this would certainly help me know where to find them. I have a few other Della Q items and they are as practical as they are gorgeous.

  99. Ruth Kahn Says:

Great contest! I have been wanting to try the Webs Bamboo Interchangeable Needles for a long time. Thanks for such beautiful functional cases:)

  100. three apples tall Says:

Very pretty case with lots of pockets…just what a knitter needs. I have only used circs so far and they work well for me.

  101. Sarah Says:

I love my KnitPicks interchangeables, but I have loads of fixed circulars too, especially in smaller needle sizes. For those, it’s split between KnitPicks and Addis.

  102. Stephanie Says:

I am a needle lover..I love crocheting and learning to knit right now…I do love your blog. I have a etsy shop..

  103. lostarts Says:

Oh, please enter me! I currently have two sets of Options interchangeables: the luxite ones, and (my favorite) the nickel ones. If there’s a color choice, the purple would be good, but the turquoisy blue shown would be good, too. Thanks for making this available!

The Della Q blog mentions a possible set of needles to go in it. If that’s the case, I want to try the Addi Lace needle interchangeables! I’ve been waiting for the ones with the longer tips to come out.

  104. Fairysfire Says:

I need one of those! Wish I lived near you

  105. Amanda Says:

That’s one baby of a case! I use my circs for everything. Have a whole bunch of dpns, but since I started using two circs at the same time I haven’t gone back to the dpns. I have been wanting a set of interchangeables for a long time now, I’m hoping the hints I’ve been dropping stick this time when the holidays come around. A case like this would make them all the more necessary!!!

  106. Joaniek Says:

I bought a set of interchangeable circs from Webs — the Colonial rosewood and I love them!

  107. Julianne Says:

This is beautiful. Thanks for giving it away!

  108. Iliknits Says:

I’d love this case! I have a set of Knitpicks Harmony interchangeables and an assortment of addi circulars, but these days I mainly use the Harmonies.

  109. Amy Lamash Says:

I knit only with circular needles! Can’t work with straights unless it is DPN. Hurts my wrists too much. My fav needle are the Knitpicks Harmonys. I just love them. I own a lot of Addi’s but the tips are too blunt for my tastes.

  110. K1w1 Says:

I have not used interchangeables so can’t comment but love my Addi circs – which I could afford t hem in every size and length!! This is going on my wish list right now!!

  111. hotknitter Says:

I like both circs and interchangeables. One of my fave interchangeables is the Colonial Rosewood. For circs I like the addi Lace and Signatures. I don’t like Denise interchangeables.

  112. Dianeloehr Says:

What a wonderful giveaway. I love the addi turbo circular needles.

  113. Lorien Says:

Ooh I love della Q! Gorgeous! I love Addi Turbo circulars.

  114. Mary Says:

I would love to win a Della Q needle case. I have given them as gifts, but never splurged for myself!

  115. Patricia Says:

All of my circulars are either Addi Turbos or Addi Turbo Lace. I have both the Knit Picks Harmony Wood and Nickel Plated interchangeable needles. I would love to have the Addi Clicks and I’m also hoping for a Signature circular for Christmas. I would love to win the beautiful DICNC to help me organize all these needles.

  116. sylphette Says:

I love my old stash of Inox fixed circs, but I also do have a set of metal interchangeables that I use pretty much as often. You should develop a line of metal interchangeables! :)

  117. GinkgoKnits Says:

This seems like a great idea as I love my interchangeable needles but I really depend on my Addi lace needles at times but have a hard time keeping track of where those wander to.

  118. Emily Says:

I have interchangeables and enjoy them, but my heart belongs with circulars! Mainly addi turbos and knitpicks

  119. Jennifer F. Says:

I love my interchangeable circulars! My faves are the Harmony Wood, by Knitpicks. I love anything bamboo, too!

  120. jennifer Says:

Della Q’s cases are so beautiful. I have a lot of circulars and a set of Denise interchangeables. I generally use the circulars more as the Denise needles can come apart if I’m not paying attention, and I get frustrated fiddling with them. In the end, though, I do use both types.

  121. myra Says:

  122. Carolshue Says:

I love my interchangeables, but also love just regular circulars. I have Addi and also a variety of others. Thanks for the opportunity to win such a lovely case!

  123. Heather Says:

I would love to win that!!

  124. Mbarker615 Says:

What a great giveaway! I sure would love to have it.

  125. HomeSweetHome Says:

Hmm, I must qualify as a needle collector . . . ! My KnitPicks are rather evenly weighted between interchangeables and circulars . . . and dp’s.

  126. Sallypcampbell Says:

I have lots, and lots of circular needles, additurbos are my favorite, but it seems I never have exactly what I NEED. I’d love to get my hands on some interchangeables! That would really simplify my life. And eliminate some carbon emissions driving to the LYS on emergency needle missions.

  127. Geraldine Scott Says:

I guess I’m an Addi Turbo sort of girl. I have a sample set of interchangables to try out, but haven’t had a chance yet! Thanks for the chance to win such a lovely storage case!

  128. Julie Donahue Says:

This case looks AMAZING! I don’t have an interchangeable needle set (yet) but I hope to by Christmas!

  129. Cassy Says:

Beautiful case! I love the sheen on the fabric!

  130. Deb M Says:

I’m dreaming of a set of Addi clicks. Case first, needles later…??

  131. Pkbb Says:

Addi-turbos are to die for! I would love interchangeables as I am always losing needles all over the house…I think the dog runs off with them after the cats have attacked my yarn…

My husband got me the Harmony Wood interchangeables from knitpicks for Christmas a few years ago, I really like them. This case looks fantastic!

  133. Ginny Says:

I love circular needles. I started with and even still have the ones with the steel cable! I’m guessing that really dates me. I loved the nickel plated inox express. The price is right. Never tried Addi Turbos. I did get Knitpick’s nickel interchangeable set in hopes I would stop buying so many needles. I do love a sharp point and a soft cable that many of my older needles lack. I have heard great reviews of your bamboo set. Those would be much better to use when I get more serious about knitting up my lace yarn. I clearly have needles that need to be organized.

  134. Heather Says:

Wow. I would love a set of interchangeable needles. Though I have yet to decide between bamboo or addi clicks. the verdict is still out since I use both so frequently. Depends on the yarn itself… Then again, I love to win anything!

  135. Karclock Says:

What a great giveaway. I would love the interchangeable, however, I have yet to decide between bamboo or addi clicks, as it depends on the yarn itself

I love the nickel plated interchangeable needles from knitpicks. Of course I would also love a set of the bamboo interchangeable needles from WEBS. Maybe a Christmas present. They would be great with a new DellaQ needles holder for interchangeable needles.

  137. Debbie (fiberfriend) Says:

OMG..Della Q rules!!! and so does WEBS for having such grest contests!!!
I love interchangeables and I love Addis and I would click my heals a millions times to be the lucky winner of that beautiful prize in the photo…I need them because mine are falling apart..
I love you guys and your podcast :)

  138. Carol Says:

I’m definitely a very serious knitter. :) I need this!
Prefer circs in sock needles, interchangeables in the larger. Love my Addi Lace circs.

i might be too late.. but just to say… these look amazing

  140. debsnm Says:

For Circs I love Addis, and for interchangeables, KnitPicks Harmony (the wooden ones) can’t be beat!

  141. Pamela Nelson Says:

I love this case. I also want to purchase the interchangeable needles sooooo maybe if I won the case it would push me over the edge to puchase them :)

  142. CarolK Says:

I think I’m drooling for these needles and the lovely case to hold all those needles. Yes! I would love a set of these. I’ve used 000…
