Free Pattern Thursday
Hi Everyone,
This week’s free pattern is sure to keep you toasty as the weather continues to cool!
Anise from Rowan is a cozy, jacket-style sweater knit in Rowan Big Wool.
Big Wool is a super soft, super bulky yarn. It’s available in many great colors, so you can choose your favorite, or go more neutral for something you can wear everywhere.
You’ll be finished with this project before you know it. It would make a great sweater to wear on a sunny, but chilly day. It would be perfect for Rhinebeck this weekend, but I don’t think I could finish it in time!
There are several great versions of Anise on Ravelry too, so check it out!
Happy Knitting!
Mary

The pattern items are all beautiful, but I would love to see some crochet patterns.

Hi Lindsay,
We recently featured Phannie from Berroco (http://www.yarn.com/webs-crochet-kit/webs-crochet-kits-berroco-phannie/) and our own Valley Yarns Rosa Damascena Crocheted Scarf (http://www.yarn.com/webs-crochet-kit/webs-crochet-kits-valley-yarns-265-rosa-damascena-crocheted-scarf/). I don’t think they made it to the blog, but we do link to our weekly free patterns on our Facebook page (facebook.com/websyarn), Twitter (twitter.com/websyarnstore), and in our Ravelry Group (ravelry.com/groups/all-things-webs).
We’ve got more crochet patterns in the queue to feature and we’re always looking for new crochet patterns to showcase.
Thanks,
Mary
