Just like yarn, we are in a constant state of whirlwind when it comes to accessories.  There are always new things coming in and then happily going home with someone.  Sometimes the items come and go so quickly that by the time I want to blog about them, they are back out of stock or in limited quantities.

One such bag has been very difficult to keep in stock but we do have a few at the moment so I”m going to share them with you here:

This is the Atenti Caddy.  Our Store Manager Karen found them at TNNA and we both fell in love with them.  I will say, unlike yarn, bags are a very personal thing and much harder to judge what will be loved and what will be ignored by customers.  We intentionally started with a small order, including one that I ordered just for myself.  The order arrived, the bags were put out for display – including my special bag.  It was gone before I even knew it was there.  Bummer.  For the record, I chose the Flashback color way (pinks).

These are beautifully constructed bags – perfect for small projects.  There are pockets inside and out and I just love the fabric combinations.  They retail for $54.00 which may seem a bit pricey, but they are very good quality and should hold up to a lot of use!

Another bag that we have added is the Bali Handuk Shopper from Lantern Moon.

At $112.00 it isn’t cheap but it’s a very good size bag and very well made.  Plus it’s a Lantern Moon product which in this case means that a group of 60 single mothers in Bali who construct these bags benefit every time one is sold.  The bag is constructed of oxford cloth and embellished using a needle punch.  I love the whimsical designs and colors.  There are two pockets inside, one with a zipper and one without.

Lastly, I just had to share these:
