Inside Outside Scarf KAL
I’m tickled that so many of you are participating in our latest Ready, Set, Knit! KAL – the Inside Outside Scarf! This scarf is from the newly released book from XRX, Knit One Below by Elise Duvelot. This book was the hit of Stitches East this year.
This scarf pattern has been released as a free pattern and Pixie was just smitten with it when she saw it! It’s available as a free download on the the publisher’s website. There have been some issues with accessing the pattern so I contacted XRX this morning and they provided me with this functioning link:

I’ve also posted it on Ravelry and it’s on the Ready Set Knit page of our website.
Here are pictures of Pixie’s scarf in progress:
The top photo is the front, bottom one is the back side. Both look great! The technique is really lovely and creates a beautiful cozy fabric. I know she has already decided to offer a class this spring which utilizes this technique so if you’re local to the store, be sure to check it out!

Pixie is using two colors of Nashua Vignette, which is a closeout we have in the warehouse. It creates a nice chunky fabric. I would love to see someone try Artyarns Supermerino or another skinner yarn as I think it would produce a stunning scarf!

The picture of the pattern shows kint “v’s” on both sides, my scarf does not have knit v’s on both sides, what am I doing wrong?
