  1. Louise Gingery Says:

I loved listening to this episode and can’t wait to read Knitlandia. TNNA in DC! May I suggest a trip to Shake Shack at 1216 18th St NW, Washington, DC 20036. I can’t speak for Jeni’s ice cream since I haven’t tried it, but Shack Shack makes some delicious “concretes”. The original Concrete is still being served at Ted Drewe’s in St. Louis (and they are delicious). The owner of Shack Shake is from St. Louis, and has done a good job of coming up with a delicious concrete. Shack Shack also serves custards. Hope you give it a try.
