I agree - it&#039;s all about customer service and we really try to make ours the best it can be.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;We&#039;ve discussed offering a winding service but here&#039;s the problem - if we wind say 6 hanks of Cascade 220 for you and send it along and you decide the color isn&#039;t quite what you want and you want to return it, we&#039;re in a pickle in terms of resale.  In that situation we&#039;d refund the yarn cost to you  but what do we do with the winding fee?  It&#039;s messy but would love to hear your thoughs!</description>

		<description>I think this is great.  Customer Service makes or breaks businesses and yours is one of the best I have experienced.  One service that I have never seen on the web would be ball winding for fiber that comes in skeins. I have a swift and ball winder but for large projects I just wish the skeins were available already wound.  I certainly would pay for such a service.  Just a thought...</description>
