Guest: Kristin Omdahl, author of the new Crochet So Fine (available soon). This book is incredible! It is full of exquisite, flattering crochet designs all worked with thinner, lighter yarns. Kathy and Kristin chat about the new book and the inspiration for the designs. Check Kristin’s website for more information on her events – www.styledbykristin.com
Guest: Our very own Kirsten Hipsky joins us again this week! Kirsten and Kathy introduce the new Valley Yarns Basics Line. This new pattern line gives you the “bones” you need to create simple sweaters. There’s a drop shoulder pullover (with neckline options), and a drop shoulder cardigan with a crew neck. You can use and DK, worsted, or bulky weight yarn to knit any of these sweater patterns. There is also a basic cuff-down and basic hat in the line. We’re all very excited about the new line and hope you are too!
NOTE: There will be no show June 19, 2010. Happy Father’s Day!
