Free Pattern Thursday: Catalpa in Berroco Remix
Thursday, September 29th, 2011Hi Everyone,
The seasons have changed here in New England, though for the past week we’ve been dealing with some pretty sticky, humid days. It has been a little hard to think about switching to sweaters, but the leaves are slowly starting to change and it is getting darker earlier in the evening. I can picture lots of use out of this sweater from Berroco. Catalpa has great textural stitches and detail. I really love the way they pop.
It is knit in Berroco Remix, which is a soft blend of many recycled fibers. Another great thing about Remix – it’s machine washable! This would make a great sweater for Rhinebeck (New York Sheep & Wool) if you’re a super speedy knitter!

Happy Knitting!
