Ready, Set, Knit! listeners are you up for a challenge?!   The KnottyGirls Knitcast issued a challenge and started the Ravelry Podcaster Throwdown. They claimed that their listeners will turn in more hats for Halos of Hope by the end of Stitches West 2014 than any other podcast out there. Guest: Cirilia Rose, Creative Director at Skacel. Her job consists of overseeing where the brand goes. Everyone is familiar with Addi needles, but Skacel has some wonderful yarns that are perfect for socks, sweaters, and more! Check our Schulana Luxair – it’s a beautiful yarn that’s soft with a bit of sparkle. It’s incredibly soft and super light. There’s a Skacel “magalog” headed out to the world soon, so keep an eye out for that.

Cirilia is excited about the new novelties coming out as well as additions to the Zauberball collection. As far as novelties, Cirilia was wary of them at first, but now that there are fantastic options with  natural fibers out now.
