Hi Everyone,

This week we’re taking a look at 416 Dylan Cardigan. Our office is frequently visited by employees’ dogs, and Liz’s golden retriever Dylan (who makes a cameo in Liz’s picture!) loves making the rounds, putting a smile on everyone’s face. Just like Dylan, this top-down raglan sleeved cardigan is easy-going and quick to become your next best friend.

Knit in Valley Yarns Colrain, it is super comfortable, not at all itchy and has a slight sheen.

We tried on the 36″ size.

“This has a fun striped texture. I’d take off a little length from the sweater and choose a different color, otherwise this is a sweater I could see wearing.”

“I’m a huge fan of cardigans and would probably wear them every day if I had enough to do so. I like the way the lines look on this cardigan. The sleeves are just a touch too long, though I do like my sleeves on the long side. I would knit this, but in a different color of Colrain, which reminds me, I have some Colrain in my stash!”

“I love the slight bit of sheen the Colrain yarn has. This is a great weekend cardigan and would be nice with jeans. I would make the arms a bit shorter for myself, but I would consider sticking with this size, maybe adding a bit of ease in the body, since I like to wear cardigans buttoned only at the top. “

“I LOVE this cardigan, and not just because its named after my dog. It is super comfortable to wear, even over just a tank top. It is form fitting but not so snug that you get self-conscious. And the design allows for easy modifications to fit a variety of bodies.”
